Defintion:

  • Team members will update the same document at different times.

Must Have

  • The ability to write meta comments about documents

  • Supports Annotations/Comments

Nice to Have

  • Comment on Section as a whole

  • Comment about a particular point

  • Recommended revision

 

Document Management

 

Definition:

  • Need to know who did what and what changed between edits.
  • Customer accidently deletes important document.

Must Have

  • The ability to track versions
  • The ability to know who has the live document
  • Support for both text and slide show documents
  • Supports Document revisions/history

Nice to Have

  • Integration with an editor

 

Meeting Scheduling

 

Definition:

  • Customer needs to find open time when all team members are available.
  • Multiple assignments with different deadlines

Must Have

  • With tickler emails or notices
  • With due date
  • With assignment description
